SAF Officers Guidelines

Uraa. Welcome to the Officers guidelines.
--- LOWER RANK CONDUCT ---
LRs should be handled with strictness.
The Officer Corp is tasked with maintaining order in all Military operations. When ordering LRs, use grammer, use a direct tone of voice, and make sure your message is not to complicated. Instead of “Everybody line up in front of me” simply say “STS”. Always push speed, if any soldiers move slowly use words like “NOW”, “FASTER”, and “ASAP”. Examples of some commands you will use at Badvaar include:
“PRESENT ARMS”
“TO YOUR POST”
“CONTROL THE BORDER”
“FOCUS”
Examples of some commands you will use at Scoul include:
“STS”
“NO/NYET SPEAKING”
“MOVE OUT”
“LISTEN UP”
Your main job is always to control any and all ranks under you. Do not neglect your duties. Always speak directly and definitively. Don’t overcomplicate things.
--- HOSTING/COMMANDING CONDUCT ---
You must:
Stay serious at all times.
Complete your duties successfully.
Set a reasoned example for LRs.
Give reasoned orders to lower ranks
You must not:
Misuse hosts.
Abuse powers.
Ignore your superiors.
Show immaturity whilst on-duty.
Play whilst on duty.
SAF OFFICER WORK IS A SERIOUS THING
To be strict and controlled is a very important task. You can use many of the tactics described in section 1 as those apply to most scenarios. FAILURE TO BE STRICT WILL GET YOU UNDER RISK TO BE SPOKEN TO/DEMOTED TO NCO AS A LEARNING PROCESS.
--- INSUBORDINATION ---
Insubordination is when a soldier disobeys a direct order from an Officer+
Insubordination should be dealt with quickly and decisively. In the case of an insubordinate soldier, remove that soldier from his post, speak to him privately, and report the incident. When speaking to the soldier privately, you should do the following:
-Tell the soldier that what he did he considered insubordination, a blacklist-able offense.
-Tell the soldier exactly what order he disobeyed
-Ask him why he disobeyed the order
-Tell him to take a break and relieve him of his post.
--- ABUSE ---
Abuse is when a soldier uses his rank, tools, or powers to commit actions that do not provide for the Armed Forces’ goals.
Abuse is a capital offense, if a soldier is seen abusing contact a HICOMM immediately with screenshot/video evidence. Examples of abuse are:
-Random Killing/Team Killing.
-Mass Murder.
-Illogical orders.
-Opening the gate with no permission, especially whilst off duty.
-Cuff Abuse.
-Accessing secured areas while off-duty.
-Using rank to commit acts of treason.
-Providing access to secured areas to non-ministry personnel.
--- DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS ---
Officers are allowed to take certain Disciplinary actions in the case of a soldier offense.
Actions that can be taken by Officers are:
-Relief of post (Make them leave)
-Demotion (With permission from HiComm)
-Suspension (With permission from HiComm)
-Officers can also kill LRs at will, SO LONG AS THERE IS JUST CAUSE.
--- REPORTS ---
In the case of a soldier offense, Officers are required to report it to HiComm.
If a soldier commits any offense, that soldier should be dealt with accordingly and reported to HiComm. This is how you report a soldier:
DM the report to Anyone Major General or above.
The format is as follows:
