Soviet Armed Forces Training Guide (Officers only)

To host a training you need to follow the following instructions. If you're a Lieutenant you must have a Captain+ supervising. If you're a Captain+ you can host on your own. You might need a high rank to do the admin commands.

You will announce the training in the discord announcements channel and on the group shout. You will wait approximately 5 minutes for trainees to arrive, in that time use :n and announce "SAF Training/Tryout host: <name>. Join our disc: CySnnwE". None can pass the training without being in the discord.
Note: You must have 3 or more trainees to host a training.
You will stand on the host pad and order the Trainees to STS on their pads (Rank order is optional).
The standard terms are: PTS = Permission to speak, STS = Shoulder to shoulder, SFL = Single file line.

Next you will do rots with Trainees,
Rots including: Right rot, Left rot, Center rot, Control rot, Inverted Control rot.


Centre/Center Rot - Face the Host.
Left Rot - 90 Degree turn left of your current direction.
Right Rot - 90 Degree turn right of your current direction.
Left Incline - 45 Degree turn left of your current direction.
Right Incline - 45 Degree turn right of your current direction.
About Rot - 180 Degree turn of your current direction (turn around).
Control Rot - Face the host’s direction. (Only center rot can break control rot)
Inverted Control Rot - Continuously turning to face your CO/Host.

Note: None can pass the white line except if he was a Major General+ or a Co-host (Co-host are supposed wedge on the host), Co-hosts should background check the Trainees and see if they were blacklisted or not (and check if they're in an enemies' groups), if there was no Co-host then the host are supposed to do that.

Next you will do the obstacle courses (Both obbys are required)

After that you will go to the Classroom and teach them basic Russian (Nyet, Da, Ser, Spasibo, Ogon, Syad'te)


And last but not least, you'll go to the firing range, you will have to copy "When I say Ogon, you fire, don't reload without permission".




Finally, you'll choose the Trainees who passed and who failed. YOU MAY NOT PROMOTE ANY INDIVIDUAL TO LIEUTENANT+ WITHOUT THE MARSHAL'S PERMISSION, IF CAUGHT DOING SO, YOU HAVE A RISK OF BEING DEMOTED/FIRED!

While hosting the training, you're expected to be mature and serious. Failure to do so may get you spoken to/demoted,

Admin Abusing will result in your admin taken away.


Failure to teach the Trainees these skills will get your rank to be set back to Lance Corporal as a learning process.
